This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Galaxy IT, hereafter referred to as "Provider," AND: You, the customer, hereby agree to this Agreement's terms (the “Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the date indicated above.

1. Ownership Transfer
By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges receipt of one (1) iPad provided by the Provider as a promotional offer for signing up for Managed IT Services. The Customer understands and agrees that upon receipt, ownership of the iPad is fully transferred to the Customer, and the Provider relinquishes all claims of ownership over the device.

2. Release of Liability
The Customer agrees to release and hold harmless the Provider from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, or malfunction of the iPad. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, damage to the device, personal injury, data loss, or any other harm resulting from the use of the iPad.

3. Warranty Disclaimer
The Customer acknowledges that the Provider does not offer any warranty on the iPad. Any and all warranties regarding the iPad, including but not limited to manufacturer's warranty, should be pursued directly through Apple Inc. The Provider makes no representations or guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or performance of the iPad.

4. Release of Claims
The Customer agrees to release the Provider from any claims related to defects, failures, or issues with the iPad, whether due to manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or any other reason. The Customer acknowledges that any claim for repair or replacement should be directed to Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple's warranty and service policies.

5. Responsibility for Damage
The Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of the iPad after taking possession. The Provider shall not be responsible for replacing or repairing the iPad under any circumstances once ownership is transferred.

6. Data Security and Privacy
The Customer understands that the iPad may come with pre-installed software or applications. The Customer agrees to review and configure the security settings according to their own requirements and acknowledges that the Provider is not liable for any data breaches, privacy violations, or security issues related to the use of the iPad.

7. Early Termination of Services
In the event that the Customer terminates this Managed IT Services Agreement, or if the Agreement is terminated for any reason by either party, the Customer hereby agrees to pay the full retail value of the iPad to Galaxy IT. This amount is calculated based on the retail price of the iPad as of the effective date of this Agreement. The Customer acknowledges that this payment becomes due and payable immediately upon termination, and failure to remit the full value may result in further legal action to recover the owed amount, plus any applicable fees or costs incurred by Galaxy IT in pursuing collection.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Provider and the Customer regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

10. Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
